1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fb55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the fb55 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, "the Service"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of the fb55 Terms & Conditions. fb55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

fb55 is an online gaming and sports betting platform. The Service is provided on a real-money basis. Players acknowledge that participation involves financial risk and that losses are possible. fb55 does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial decisions made by players in connection with their use of the Service.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the fb55 Service, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the Service as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of a business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of fb55 or any of its affiliate companies, and you are not an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or banned by fb55 for any reason.
• You are not acting as a proxy or agent for any third party in connection with your use of the Service.

fb55 reserves the right to request identity documentation — including but not limited to a National ID card, passport, or driving licence — from any player at any time for the purpose of verifying age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

If fb55 discovers that a player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, or that an account is being used by a minor, fb55 will immediately and permanently close the account. Any funds held in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and platform policy, and no winnings arising from the period of underage use will be paid out.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on the fb55 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited. fb55 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information should any of these details change. fb55 is not responsible for any service disruptions or payment delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account. fb55 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify fb55 support immediately via live chat or email. fb55 will investigate and take appropriate action, but will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to the receipt of your notification.

fb55 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fb55 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise stated. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in the player's account cashier section and are subject to change.

fb55 accepts the following payment methods for deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

Players may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party payment methods — accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.

Withdrawal requests are processed by fb55 in the order they are received. fb55 targets processing of withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 24 hours of approval, however this is a target and not a guarantee. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

fb55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold pending further review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fb55 offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all fb55 promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above who hold a verified fb55 account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated in the relevant offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account upon expiry of the qualifying period.
• fb55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.
• Players who have self-excluded or who have active responsible gaming restrictions that conflict with a bonus offer will not be eligible for that offer.

Any attempt to abuse the fb55 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting"), or participating in coordinated play with other accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

fb55 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns. Decisions made by fb55 in relation to suspected bonus abuse are final following an internal review process.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the fb55 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on fb55 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: Using the fb55 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities, or using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, chargeback fraud, or any other fraudulent means to deposit funds or obtain winnings.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on fb55.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated software to interact with the fb55 platform, place bets, or collect data without express written permission from fb55.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the fb55 platform under any circumstances.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to fb55 at any time, including during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct towards fb55 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, incorrect odds, or any other platform malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.

fb55 monitors all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, fb55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and wagers, withhold and forfeit any funds held in the account, and pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn that are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct.

7 Intellectual Property

All content published on the fb55 platform — including but not limited to the fb55 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, software, and code — is the exclusive property of fb55 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the fb55 platform or its content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, adapted, or used in any commercial manner without the express prior written permission of fb55. Any unauthorised use of fb55 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Game content — including all slot games, live casino streams, sports data, and crash game mechanics — is licensed to fb55 from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective providers. fb55 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, private, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not frame, mirror, scrape, or systematically extract data from any part of the fb55 platform. You must not use any meta-tags, hidden text, or other technical methods to direct traffic to the fb55 platform without express written authorisation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

fb55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fb55 reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage.
• The account has been used for prohibited activities including fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• The player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of use.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to fb55, to other players, or to the integrity of the platform.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the fb55 Responsible Gaming policy.
• fb55 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Upon account closure, fb55 will conduct a review of the account's transaction history. Where the closure arises from a breach of these Terms by the player, fb55 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where the closure is initiated by fb55 for reasons unrelated to player breach (such as a regulatory requirement), any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method, less any outstanding bonus or promotional liabilities.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so by contacting fb55 support via live chat or email. A voluntary account closure request will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and fb55 with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. fb55's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
